Our Building Survey Reports are Writen in PLAIN ENGLISH

Our Building Survey reports are written in plain English, they are tailored to your needs and your level of knowledge. We will focus an any areas of particular interest to you and we use digital photography, drawings and definitions to explain any problems identified with your property; we will also give you an indication of the costs involved in fixing those problems.

Definitions, Descriptions and Jargon Buster

We have compiled a list of useful definitions and descriptions related to property, property purchase and the building industry in general. Each section is set out from the top of the building down, i.e. chimneys first, then roof coverings etc - and then we look at the interior aspects of the property followed by the services. We use these definitions and more in our reports to aid your understanding of any issues and problems that we may identify within the property.
